The Notable employee award is just one of the ways that Netmatters shows employees that their hard work is truly valued. Aside from an impressive list of perks and benefits, this award offers employees the chance to receive company wide acknowledgement and appreciation. The "Most Notable of Notable Employees" is the employee who has gone above and beyond even the notables.

The most Notable of Notable Employees

James Mackay

James has been responsible for managing some of Netmatters' largest clients and continues to show excellent awareness of their needs. Alongside this, James consistently pushes to drive new business to the company.

This Month's Notable Employee Nominations are:

Andrew Halls - Andrew has done an excellent job in taking over development of some very intricate and complex work and he's taking it all in his stride.

Daniel Clark - Daniel has continued to excel this month, taking on the additional responsibility of managing the service department whilst the department head, Ian, was on annual leave. He kept the department running smoothly, whilst maintaining his key role in Business Development.

Frank Desai - He has shown huge commitment to Netmatters in light of recent staff changes and holiday cover. He is a true team player, trying to help all departments as much as possible.

Ed Oxbury - Having taken the role of Project Manager within the IT department, Ed works closely with the Service Manager to ensure every project is given appropriate attention. He has received lots of positive feedback from clients.

Adam Burns - Adam has been a champion Lead Technician and has been instrumental in pioneering and developing what standards we expect from a 3rd Line Lead Technician. He has used his initiative to build upon what we have asked from each of the technical leads.

Huge congratulations to all of October's Notable employees. We are proud and grateful to have some of the most dedicated, hardworking and talented employees around.
