You’ll be introduced to your dedicated IT support team and account manager based in either Norfolk or Cambridge. We take time to understand your current infrastructure, identify risks or inefficiencies, and agree clear priorities. This ensures your IT support service is fully aligned with your business from day one, with complete transparency and ownership.
We manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for your business, with minimal disruption to your operations. This can include deploying remote monitoring tools, setting up secure access to your client portal, and migrating systems where required. We also review your security setup and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect your business from day one.
Once live, we provide proactive IT support, actively monitoring and maintaining your systems. This includes scheduled maintenance, system health checks, performance reviews, and security updates carried out by our technical team. Regular reviews ensure your infrastructure remains secure, stable, and fully aligned with your business as it grows.

We’ll then complete the technical onboarding, including installing monitoring and support tools, setting up your portal, reviewing systems handed over from your previous provider, and implementing backup and disaster recovery plans. Finally, we’ll configure your support package and schedule all ongoing maintenance.
Fixed Fee IT Support gives your business unlimited access to our IT support helpdesk and technical team for one consistent monthly fee. It’s the ideal option for organisations that want complete cost certainty, straightforward budgeting, and ongoing support without needing to monitor usage.
Stabilised IT Support offers a more flexible, usage-based approach while keeping monthly costs predictable. Rather than charging purely based on monthly activity, we use your previous 12 months of support history to smooth out fluctuations in billing. This helps prevent unexpected cost spikes while ensuring your support costs still reflect the level of service your business uses over time.
