October 2018 Notable Employees
We are proud of all of our staff at Netmatters, and once a month we like to recognise employees who go above and beyond in representing our values. Each one of our department managers is asked to nominate an employee who they feel has stood out in particular for their skills and work ethic. Each one of these employees is then considered as a candidate for this award.
The Notable of Notables is presented to a member of staff who has been not only consistent in his application of Netmatters processes, but has used them to deliver fantastic results. This month's Notable of Notables is awarded to Faizel Desai.

This Month’s Other Notable Employee Nominations:
Michael Grimshaw - Michael has recently completed a couple of projects for digitizing the factory for a client with praise from the customer for the work that has been completed. His approach to the work and help in designing this latest factory project has shown how fast he is progressing in his role within the team. – Josh Ralph
Drew Halls – Drew has been working on upgrading a clients' manufacturing drawings to SVG. This has been a ground up rebuild and is already paying off for the customer. It has allowed the customer to get more out of the system, allowing for easier and faster maintenance of updates required. It already has more features than the previous iteration and he’s not even finished yet. – Josh Ralph
Jordan Newton - Jordan is always willing to help his colleagues and clients alike along with being prepared to go above and beyond what is expected of him whilst keeping the client's best interests in mind. Jordan is proving to be a great asset to the Netmatters team. Good work Jordan. – Rob George
Adam Burns – Adam is engaged with the department at a higher level and is starting to bring in well thought out ideas for potential improvements – he recently identified a new product / service for Netmatters to provide to our clients – the approach was clean and inclusive where he requested input from other technicians. He had also considered how this would be introduced to clients and then how we would implement it. Great work Adam. - Chris Gulliver
Samantha Lupton – Sam has adjusted well to joining the team, picking up the project process – she is good in front of clients and has formed a relationship with her squad. Excellent work – Chris Gulliver
Jim Palmer – Exceptional work of late landing some very good accounts and generally taking ownership of all things digital, well done! – James Gulliver
James Mackay – Delivering solid commercially-aware technical input on a challenging account during a challenging period. – James Gulliver
Lewie Carton & Chris Wiseman – Excellent work managing the marketing for Netmatters to a point where spend against leads received are predictable allowing business decisions to be made with certainty. This is the first time we have achieved this status ever! – James Gulliver
Rob Gray – Stepping up and taking ownership of IT Account Management, well done! – James Gulliver
Chris Wiseman – Chris has continued to deliver outstanding work for clients and has really gripped his accounts to ensure their objectives are met. He has also cemented himself as key member of the team, helping his colleagues where possible to ensure collectively the digital team deliver high quality work and results. – Lydia Whitney
