October 2019 Notable Employee

It's the beginning of November which means only one thing here at Netmatters - announcing the winner of "Notable of Notable Employees" for October 2019. This award is given to a single employee who has exceeded expectations in their day to day role or has been influential in the company's success during the previous month. 

Every department manager is asked to nominate an employee from their department, who they feel has done exceptionally well during the course of the previous month. Each one of these employees is then considered as a candidate for this award. 

The Notable of Notables is presented to a member of staff who has been been doing an excellent job all round working on a demanding project. This month's Notable of Notables is awarded to Mark Reilly!

Mark is a really nice chap- great fit for the team and has totally hit the ground running when he started with Netmatters! - Chris Gulliver

This Month’s Other Notable Employee Nominations:

Henry Hardwell- Henry has been helping reduce the number of hours Digital Marketing have this month by taking on several tasks outside of his typical role, as well as completing SEO development tasks. He has managed to complete these quickly and hassle free, ensuring client times are used effectively. – Lydia Whitney

Bethany Shakespeare – Doing a great job keeping everything running smoothly whilst providing holiday cover. Always positive and pre-empting requirements to keep us on an even keel. – James Gulliver

Holly Leech - A very positive keen member of the team. She is very considered in everything  she does and offers constructive feedback and suggestions when the need arises. – James Gulliver

Drew Halls & Sean Fulcher  – Over the past month, if we have had an issue with a client’s Hosting out of hours, both Sean and Drew have made themselves available to look into and resolve the issue in a timely manner. No fuss, just a swift response to offer assistance. Their efforts ensure our clients experience a swift resolution to the issue that has occurred and their help with this is greatly appreciated.– Robert George

Sam Lupton & Emily Mackley – Both done an amazing job this month covering whilst 3 other PMs were off. They were both key in making sure projects ran as smoothly as possible and were able to identify some system improvements that could be made to help improve the effectiveness of PM cover moving forward – Josh Ralph

Kayleigh Hall - I’d like to nominate Kayleigh Hall. Kayleigh has been doing an excellent job managing both her new squad and the existing commitments of the scion training scheme, which continues to grow with more and more graduates. On top of this she’s the first to volunteer to push the team forward in both Sharepoint and a huge opportunity with a new client in .NET. Fantastic work!- Adam Greer

Tessa Woodrow - Tessa is a great asset to the team, she has picked up some unique projects and is working well to progress them. She is calm and has great eye for details…. Excellent qualities for a Project Manager. - Chris Gulliver
