December Notables 2022

Each month, various departments recognise those employees who have excelled in their work and helped Netmatters deliver excellent service to our clients. Our T.R.U.E values are how we started as a company, and we continue to strive to uphold these values as we grow. December was another busy month for Netmatters, with some great contributions from team members along the way.

Our teams have continued to meet and exceed our expectations, driving results both internally and externally. As a company, we love to celebrate each success to ensure that every employee gets the recognition they deserve.

Our December 2022 Notables

Adam Jaggs – doing a great job in support. Always positive and empathetic with clients. – James Gulliver

Matt Harrop – For his work on the internal IT Support packages over the past few months, ensuring they stay within allocation and tasks are being prioritised as required – James Street

Sam Driver – Sam is a fantastic problem solver – his ability to listen and understand the needs or issue, and deliver a rounded, well thought through solution is excellent – the recent work he has completed on the Price Increases functions have been outstanding and much to my relief, worked seamlessly. – Elliott Peacock

Ashley Ward, Sam Driver, and Michael Grimshaw - For providing Christmas cover for the department to ensure the rest of the team were able to rest. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication! – Simon Wright

James Mackay – Always provides an exceptionally well thought out solution to a problem, happily throws his hat into the ring with the most complicated problems we face, and generally being and all-round solid team player. – Simon Wright

Ollie Thompson – Ollie has attended a few new business pitches recently and has done a great job assisting me win new business, giving the potential client an in depth overview of the work we would be carrying out whilst building trust in Netmatters and our offering. He is also doing a great job of owning our own internal marketing, getting a good stream of quality leads through to the business development team despite the current economic climate. Simon Wright – Always a pleasure to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, and more so incredibly helpful! Always pinging some great ideas over and helping to implement them when needed too! He just never falters on being a good egg! – Bethany Shakespeare

Kieran Sprouse - He is a real team player and is happy to put in hand to any project we put to him, a real credit to my team – Rob George

Jamie Slater - Demonstrates a "Can-do" attitude to help resolve issues, with excellent attention to detail – Rob George

Sean Fulcher & Bradley Sexton - Doing some excellent work with Tex Group in complex setups for the client and providing great feedback to client in meetings. Also, both taking on advice from Senior team members in a positive manner – Rob George

Luke Keable - Supporting the department really well along with providing feedback on areas which we can help improve the process. Real team player who rolls up his sleeves to get the job done – Rob George
