April Notables 2023

Each month, various departments recognise those employees who have excelled in their work and helped Netmatters deliver excellent service to our clients. Our T.R.U.E values are how we started as a company, and we continue to strive to uphold these as we grow. April was another busy month for Netmatters, with some fantastic contributions from each of our team members along the way.

Each department has continued to meet and exceed our expectations, driving results both internally and externally. As a company, we love to celebrate each success to ensure that every employee gets the recognition they deserve.

Congratulations Sophie Maxam

Sophie Maxam - Great team player, hardworking and diligent. Sophie is supportive of her colleagues and is willing (and very able) to step and cover absences at short notice. Great work Sophie your efforts are very much appreciated. – Chris Gulliver

Our April 2023 Notables

Mercedez Butler – For her attitude to continuous improvement. Mercedez raises a high number of issues with procedure tasks, all of which go towards making digital procedures more efficient, more effective and easier to follow. – James Street 

Jamie Slater – Doing a great job as the POD leader for the Beach Boys and assisting the Ops Admin team with the recent changes being made within the Gorleston Office. – James Street 

Jaz Instone-Brewer - Jaz has been helping us work on our design process and develop new tools and techniques to ensure we’re doing a great job for our customers on this front, she has been incredibly helpful throughout this and the outcome from the work put in is looking very promising at these early stages as something we can scale up within the business. – Tom Lancaster 

Sam Lupton – has made a great start on a new project within her role. Working the process and making stuff happen. Great work! – James Gulliver

Tessa Dempsey – Doing a superb job with the marketing role. Going above and beyond and definitely showing complete ownership of the role. Exceeding high expectations! - James Gulliver 

Gary Cullen – busily delivering results consistently. Good work, keep it up! - James Gulliver

Faizel Desai - Doing a great job with the Scions, taking ownership of issues and communicating excellently internally and externally. Working hard to balance the workload in the management of the team. - James Gulliver & Kayleigh Hall

Chris Waldie – Doing a great job in managing the department KPIs and pushing for improvements. - Robert George 

Matt Hurst – Managing multiple client queries and building great relations with clients. - Robert George 

Haydn Leeds – Haydn has gone a great job managing and working on our GA4 rollouts. He’s really taken ownership of GA4 and doing a great job as the escalation point in the team for any issues and fault-finding. Keep it up! – Jim Palmer 

Zach Gilbert - Picking up challenging project work, being ever vigilant and working incredibly hard to produce a positive outcome – Simon Wright 

Scott Hellings - Doing some amazing work on recent Shopify and Power BI projects. Taking initiative and has been making great recommendations for improvements on the work requested from the customers, while completing their original objective with care. – Simon Wright

Sam Driver - Being incredibly helpful with assisting new starters - always willing to help where needed and always with a positive attitude! – Simon Wright 

Chris Waldie, Matt Hurst, & Matt Chapman – All 3 of our IT managers work incredibly hard within their dedicated management areas, bringing some great initiatives, ideas, and implementations of new processes. Also, exceedingly helpful and friendly too and all are fountains of knowledge for the team! – Bethany Shakespeare 

Simon Wright – Simon has conducted a few trial days recently and has received incredible feedback from each candidate! Really elevating the recruitment process and ensuring the Netmatters TRUE values are within all our hires! Exciting times ahead! – Bethany Shakespeare 

Ollie Thompson – He has the boundless enthusiasm of a Labrador, is always positive, and is always willing to help. Produces great work within the Digital Marketing Department. – Tessa Dempsey
