May 2020 Notable Employee

It's the beginning of June which means only one thing here at Netmatters - announcing the winner of "Notable of Notable Employees" for May 2020. This award is given to a single employee who has exceeded expectations in their day to day role or has been influential in the company's success during the previous month. 

Every department manager is asked to nominate an employee from their department, who they feel has done exceptionally well during the course of the previous month. Each one of these employees is then considered as a candidate for this award. All of our staff continue to work hard to deliver their best during the interesting times we find ourselves in, our notable nominees have all stood out as going above and beyond.

The Notable of Notables is presented to a member of staff who has been doing an excellent job all round, supporting team members and customers alike, in particular with out of hours support. This month's Notable of Notables is awarded to Simon Wright!

Simon Wright!

"Simon has been incredibly responsive to a number of out of hours web issues I have been leading recently, he has communicated well and left clear instruction for anybody else involved in the process and this in turn allowed us to impress the customer with our quick and efficient response to their issues." – Tom Lancaster

Simon Wright – If there’s an out of hours web issue, chances are Simon is jumping on to sort it. He consistently jumps forward to get involved in the issue and handle it. This greatly improves the level of support we have in the team for all our customers and the hosting platform. – Adam Greer

Drew Halls – Has done an excellent job taking ownership over his projects, especially in the last month. Dealing with a lot of Hosting issues and processes as well as customer projects. Drew is always concerned with delivering an excellent service, and improving processes. – Adam Greer

The Entire Business Development Team – What a month! The entire team has performed amazingly in what has to be the most difficult time to get things over the line. Yet we still see estimate after estimate going out and plenty of new engagement agreements being signed. Well done team! – Adam Greer

Rebecca Brine – has been doing a fantastic job of managing numerous larger projects and tight deadlines recently. She’s been a massive help to the team, myself in particular, whilst keeping customers well informed of progress and changes in spec etc. – Josh Ralph

Jim, Frank and Jamie - have all delivered an excellent and consistent performance over the last few months which deserves merit and credit. – Elliott Peacock

Lewie Carton – Lewie has continued to smash his lead acquisition targets for Netmatters month on month, even during this difficult time. Working closely with the telemarketing team they have managed to achieve a record number of leads during May. Alongside this Lewie has continued to provide high-quality support for each of this clients, taking the time and consideration to ensure he’s able to work towards achieving their wider business objectives. – Lydia Whitney

Adam Burns - Recently been assisting with the technical rollout of the ASH software to all IT clients, he has grafted through the challenges so we could get this software updated and rolled out to all clients. Thanks Adam sterling job - Chris Gulliver

Robert George - Being the onsite rock at NM HQ, manning reception, talking deliveries, sorting out the stock management process as well as fulfilling his main role as the IT Service Manager – Chris Gulliver
