Every month, we take great pleasure in celebrating the success of our notable employees. Across all departments, our team have been exceeding expectations and delivering fantastic results. Feedback and recognition for hard work is a crucial part of our T.R.U.E values, fuelling the engine of Netmatters to go above and beyond. Every department recognises those who have gone the extra mile to deliver excellence within their work and helping Netmatters deliver the best services for our clients.

March was yet another fantastic month for our team, see our March notables below:

Kate Batchelor

Kate has been here only 3 weeks but has already been an incredible addition to the HR department. She attacks every task and challenge given to her with enthusiasm and a determination to learn and get stuck in. I can already see what a great asset Kate will be to not only HR but the whole company and I can’t wait to see what else she brings! - Bethany Shakespeare

Kate Batchelor - Only just started but coming across really well with her attention to detail and clear communication on tasks. – Rob George

Congratulations on your achievement this month Kate!

This month's other notable employees are:

James Mackay - James MacKay has been extremely helpful this last month, covering for Simon whilst he’s unavailable and dipping into other parts of the department to help resolve issues. He has a good eye for identifying an issue and fixing the root cause, even if it is just so it doesn’t come back to him again! – Adam Greer

James Street – James has jumped into the Operations Manager role with both feet and has had some tricky tasks for his first month. He’s not afraid to get stuck in, ranging from Health and Safety requirements and ISO, to laying on the floor finding a leak! A really varied first month but we can’t imagine him not being in the Ops role now! – Bethany Shakespeare

Oliver Thompson – Oliver has hit the ground running since joining Netmatters getting great feedback from his peers, and putting himself forward for the product specialist role for Shopify. – Lydia Whitney

Lisa Pollard – for taking on additional responsibilities from both the Accounts and Receptionist roles, without any issue and whilst maintaining a positive attitude. She is a real asset to the team. - James Street

Jasmin Rusted & Veronika Simonova – Both Jasmin and Veronika have been instrumental for several projects over recent weeks, including Keeping Britain Tidy and currently for Crane Garden Buildings, helping manage their social media and content generation. They’ve both picked up the works seamlessly and have the ‘can do’ attitude. - Lydia Whitney

Bethany Shakespeare – for the level of help and support she has provided the Operations/Admin department other the past month, whilst training a new starter in the HR department. It has been really appreciated by both Lisa and I helping me to settle into my new role and us to deal with the temporary staff shortage within the department. – James Street

Gary Cullen – has delivered some excellent new projects and clients to Netmatters. Far surpassing his targets and showcasing the huge learnings and development he has achieved over the last 12 months. Great work Gary! – Elliott Peacock

Josh Ralph - Is available for his pod, guides them in the right direction, grows and reassure his team, ensuring to be considerate to their needs and concerns. Really great work. – Simon Wright

Sam Driver - really turns the dial up to help the whole team, he doesn’t just give the answers to questions even though he could, he helps teach with continuous improvement. Consistently picking up more responsibility and lending a hand wherever he can to the team. – Simon Wright

Ash Ward - puts in 110% all the time to make sure that his team can not only get on with their work but excel at it and grow as developers. His mentorship is something his squad have quoted as “top tier and makes coming in to work a pleasure.” – Simon Wright

Peter Holmes – Making noticeable strides in taking the quality of his work to the next level, growing his skillset, and improving everything he can to help progress himself. Great work Pete! – Simon Wright

Thomas Parfitt - is really starting to find his feet and settle into the way we work as a company. He's been doing an excellent job all-round on his tasks. Keep up the great work! – Simon Wright

Lewis Wilby - Continues to do an incredible job on a recently live project, managing some very tight deadlines and working closely with the customer to debug and quickly resolve issues with some integrations with their existing internal system. He's gone deep with the customer, is now really understanding how their business operates and is using that to make solid recommendations with other development work. – Simon Wright

Richard Phillips - Done a great job for one of our most demanding clients on a project that resulted in an all-round positive experience for them. – Rob George

Andrew Murphy - Having excellent feedback from clients from face to face meetings, taking on more technical work and advancing his skill set. – Rob George
