Here at Netmatters we like to dedicate an award at the end of every month to ‘The Notable Employees’. This award is devoted to a single employee who has surpassed the expectations of their job role during the previous month. For July, we would like to congratulate Digital Marketing Executive, Ashley Hewitt.

Ashley Hewitt
Ashley has produced some fantastic work on a re-branding project this month; using his wealth of customer service experience and industry knowledge to ensure we surpass the client’s expectations. Ashley was a key member in dealing with a potentially, very damaging cyber-attack on one of our clients. He worked out of hours to ensure that Netmatters went above and beyond to assist with this issue. Fantastic Dedication Ashley, well done.
This Month's Notable Employee Nominations are:
Leo Burnham — Leo has been described as a rock in the IT department. He is an incredibly consistent member of staff who is always willing to go above and beyond to help others; clients and colleagues alike.
Nicki Askham — Always having a can-do attitude and getting stuff done. Nicki continues to improve and supports the company by completing projects and a variety of tasks.
Ed Oxbury — Ed has recently completed his Prince 2 training qualification which in itself is a notable achievement. We are thrilled to see someone looking to further their personal development.
Josh Ralph — Contributing a huge amount of additional time over the past month. Josh has taken to his new role as a Squad Leader like a duck to water and is a great support to everyone in the team.
Simon Wright — Simon has an excellent working attitude, approach and is mindful in his work. When a problem arises, without being prompted he offers a solution and implements it swiftly.
Tom Lancaster — As aforementioned, one of our clients was involved in a potentially damaging cyber-attack this month. Tom has made it onto the list courtesy of his efforts in assisting with this issue.
Jim Palmer — Jim has really come into his own in the last few weeks. A positive influence around the business development department and continues to integrate into the company very well.
