July 2021 Notables

Every month we celebrate the most notable of employees here at Netmatters. Each department head is asked to nominate individuals they feel have gone above and beyond in the previous month. We have continued to see some fantastic examples of notable worthy behaviour again this month with staff doing their utmost to continue to deliver at every turn.

We saw some fantastic work in July and particularly from our most notable of employees who has had an amazing 2021 so far. This month we celebrate a team member who works hard to keep his existing clients happy as well as working with a number of new clients that he is bringing on board, going above and beyond to deliver beyond expectations.

Drew Halls

Has been doing a great job recently managing his responsibilities and responding well to high priority issues that have come up throughout the last month or so. He is always positive and does a great job of ensuring that the project management team are kept abreast of what is going on. – Tom Lancaster

Matthew Wastell – Doing an excellent job getting us known in Cambridge. – James Gulliver

Lydia Whitney - Managing the digital department service delivery with quiet efficiency – James Gulliver

Sam Driver - Has been exceptionally fast in picking up Netmatters processes and has an excellent understanding of the code. He's practically set a new standard for PRs in the department as we're looking to mimic his style across the teams. Very excited to see what work he produces over the coming years! – Adam Greer

Jake Tuley – Since joining Netmatters in June Jake’s continued to go from strength to strength, showing enthusiasm and pride in his work. Keep it up! – Lydia Whitney

Cory Rogers - Cory for always picking up whatever is thrown his way without a fuss or issue and getting it done. A real asset to have in your trenches. – Robert George

Callum Laxon - Picking up on a lot of problematic projects and working within the team to facilitate new projects with exemplary communication and teamwork. – Robert George

Jamie Slater – Always stepping up to the plate when needed, being a real team player with a great work ethic. Developing great relationships with clients as part of his tech lead roles and providing clear recommendations and presenting them in a way which they can easily understand. – Robert George

Sebastian Galoch - Settled in to the team really well and producing great quality work on big projects already - Simon Wright

Sam Driver - Just smashing everything thrown at him with a great attitude and attention to detail through the roof. Helping others out a load on the projects he’s working on - Simon Wright

Josh Ralph – Building his team out at a phenomenal rate and doing his best to support new team members, all of which give him a glowing review! - Simon Wright

Drew Halls – Drew’s had a tough time of late working with a very large customer ecommerce platform and hosting migration, he’s made himself available out of hours on multiple occasions and works the problems in a considered way – whilst still managing our hosting products and his own customers and workloads. Thank you Drew – we appreciate all you do - Simon Wright

Adam Greer – Supporting the department in and out of hours, assisting with emergencies, and generally being around to lean on when things get hectic, a hero in our time - Simon Wright

Vicky Applegate - Is always incredibly friendly and happy to help with anything asked of her, and she takes real ownership of tasks at hand ensuring she does a sterling job. – Tom Lancaster

Sophie Mclaren - Has been doing a fantastic job with some special projects outside of the normal day to day work she's doing, most notably ensuring that the Cambridge office project all went smoothly and also mucking in on the first day we got the keys and helping with setting up the office! – Tom Lancaster
