December Notable Employees
The Notable Employee Award is just one of the many ways that we show gratitude towards hard-working employees. As the name suggests, this award recognises team members who have gone above and beyond what is expected; and this month we are very pleased to announce that we have two winners! Lewis and Andrew's incredible efforts have not gone unnoticed. They both get to enjoy a bottle of their favourite tipples as a thank you for all their hard work.

This month we have two outstanding employees to be awarded the monthly award. Over recent weeks, developers Lewis and Andrew have been working extremely hard on a large project that has consisted of tight deadlines. They have both been delivering the highest standard of work, providing our project management team with confidence and support.
With the ongoing complexities that large projects can consist of, Lewis and Andrew are forever going above and beyond to provide solutions and suggestions to ensure our clients receive a top class product. Well done on being December's Most Notable of Notable Employees!
This Month's Notable Employee Nominations are:
Leo Burnham - Working on-site with other members of IT, it has been made clear that Leo is showing some great strengths and is continuously growing within the company. He is consistently proving himself to be an asset to Netmatters by exceeding expectations.
Ola Lawal - Her work often involves working on existing code - which can be very challenging. She's not only embraced this, but has taken it upon herself to help improve the team as a whole.
Ashley Hewitt - Standing out of the crowd with continued efforts to improve our client's offerings. Ashley's commercial awareness has led to much success for our clients and his recent out-of-hours training sessions show that he has passion for his work.
Dan Clark - Dan has been very flexible this year by taking on many roles with the IT team to maintain the service level for our clients, he provides a cool rational and measured influence within the IT team.
Kayleigh Hall - Kayleigh has been keeping her head down, working hard on improving the functionalities of our Admin system. As well as this she has been extremely efficient with client based work, providing a high quality service.
Richard Dent - Going above and beyond to assist the IT department by completing project work in his own time. Richard is always on hand to help out with other technicians when they need support, he is a true team player.
David McLean - Last month's Most Notable of Notables has once again shown commitment to the IT department and has worked hard to keep on top of projects whilst continuing to provide a high level of service for all clients.
Millie Pankhurst - Adopting our new automated billing system, Millie has dealt with all teething issues as well as assisting other team members where necessary. Acting as a safe pair of hands, her diligence has been credible.
Matt Chapman - Taking ownership of projects and liaising with clients directly, Matt really has grown into his role as a third line support technician. We get nothing but positive feedback from clients that Matt has dealt with.
Elliott Peacock - Always showing dedication and enthusiasm with everything he is involved with, Elliott is taking big steps in his role as a Director. Elliott provides the Directors with an additional insight that aids the company's decision-making.
Frank Desai - Frank has been extremely effective within the Business Development team as of late. His relentless hard work and dedication to Netmatters is second to none and his passion for the company is extremely encouraging.
