March Notables 2024 

Celebrating the achievements and dedication of our staff, at Netmatters, we put aside some time each month to highlight the accomplishments of our teams and the attentive hard work of the individuals that choose to go the extra mile. 

As a company dedicated to cultivating a culture of progress and accomplishment, we find joy in exploring the exceptional achievements of our teams. We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients. 

As Spring has sprung, there’s one name on our lips as “Notable of Notables” … it’s Simon Jones! As one of our newer members of the team, he’s off to a flying start at Netmatters and is a credit to us all. Congratulations, Simon!

“I’ve had the pleasure of sitting with Simon a few times recently. His account management calls are second to none and come so effortlessly when speaking to clients. They bring a smile to my face when I hear the poetry in motion. He also makes a cracking coffee!” – Jim Palmer 

Introducing Our March Notables

Josh Gladman – Josh has taken a major role with the onboarding and the training of the two newest members of the new business team. He has really found his stride in the Senior role within the department and is taking on more responsibility. He has good ideas for new ways to increase lead generation and is keeping up a positive attitude during a challenging couple of weeks. – Tessa Dempsey  

Sean Bosley - He receives great feedback from clients, ensures they receive quality service and recommendations and continues to know his clients as if he were their internal IT. – Tom Lancaster 

Tessa Dempsey- It has been great to hear that the New Business Team feel happy, valued and supported under Tessa’s leadership, and this represents her passion to empower the team and showing faith in their ability. Tessa is great at encouraging her colleagues and motivating them to achieve their goals. – Tom Lancaster 

Stacey Monet – Keen to get involved in new tech and support new customer’s works and projects while continuing to provide high level of value to existing customers. – Tom Lancaster 

Dannielle Peeke-Vout - Danielle has been going above and beyond her role in the last few months, adding some really valuable input into new business meetings to assist the business development team , and taking on management of additional projects to support the Digital team. – Tom Lancaster 

Sophie Maxam - Sophie has been taking on increased responsibility within the team and making it look easy. Tasks and clients are always handled with the utmost care and professionalism. A credit to Netmatters. – Matt Hurst 

Matthew Chapman - After months of difficulty, Matt has successfully finished all works for the Roys of Wroxham Cluster. This has lead to a very happy client who is notoriously hard to please. Great job Matt! – Matt Hurst 

Adam Jaggs – Did a great job sorting out the cabling problems in the Web Deck – James Street 

Alex Jones & Aaron Cook – For their support and flexibility with vehicle bookings over the last couple of weeks, allowing other onsite works to go ahead without any disruption to the clients – James Street  

Rebecca Moore & Bethany Shakespeare – The HR team have been doing a great job of feeding me and Elliot with good CVs to help bolster the team. – Jim Palmer 

Elliot Norman – Elliot’s been doing a fantastic job taking the lead on digital recruitment. He’s not offering anyone the role unless they are a 10 out of 10, ensuring we only secure brilliant talent for the team. – Jim Palmer 

Rebecca Sibanda – doing a great job managing marketing projects and preparing for maternity cover. – James Gulliver  

Faizel Desai – Continuing his strong start to 2024 with another good performance surpassing budget for March. – Elliott Peacock  

Samantha Lupton – providing valuable support and experience to the software consultation and new client engagement process. – Elliott Peacock 

Rhys Douglas – Rhys has really helped to streamline the ordering and asset process for telecoms, Rhys always takes on any feedback provided and implements this into his day-to-day responsibilities, he is always open to how we can better our processes and reduce time on tasks, keep up the good works- Alex Jones
