January Notables 2024 – Celebrating Our Team

Celebrating the achievements and dedication of our staff, at Netmatters, we put aside some time each month to highlight the accomplishments of our teams and the attentive hard work of the individuals that choose to go the extra mile. 

As a company dedicated to cultivating a culture of progress and accomplishment, we find joy in exploring the exceptional achievements of our teams. We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients. 

Amidst the January hustle, one name shines bright as our "Notable of Notables" - none other than Dieter Harper! His exceptional contributions have truly set the bar high for the rest of us.

Bethany Shakespeare – Always approachable and happy to provide advice and guidance.  A real asset to the company. – Chris Waldie

Matthew Chapman & Will Thompson – Actively driving the internal Netmatters projects and working together to optimise efficiency and productivity. – Chris Waldie 

Dave Chen - Having recently joined Netmatters, Dave has really hit the ground running. He is completing work to a high standard and has quickly taken to the NM workflow. Dave is already proving himself as a great addition to the team and we're excited to see him progress in the role. Good work! - Simon Wright 

Ryan Nicol – Ryan has had an excellent first month with the Telemarketing team. He has come in with a calm and positive attitude, got stuck into the difficult task of building a sales pipeline from scratch and is having some interesting calls with potential clients. He’s smashed all expectations when it comes to the leads he’s generating. Keep it up Ryan!  – Tessa Dempsey 

Haydn Leeds – Haydn has been phenomenally helpful this month, he’s consistently positive, goes over and above to make sure he delivers everything being asked of him to a really high standard.  – Tessa Dempsey 

Matt Hurst – I don’t work with Matt a huge amount but when I do, I find working with him a pleasure. He is always approachable, incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond with his responses to my questions. – Jim Palmer

Ryan Nicol – he has hit the ground running and delivered a sterling performance in his first few weeks.  Really delivering the goods and absorbing information at an amazing rate. – James Gulliver

Josh Gladman – exceeding targets delivering quality leads consistently.  Great work! – James Gulliver

Jamie Sutherland – delivered some great pitches and making things happen. – James Gulliver

Harry Lynch - Since joining Netmatters Harry has been an absolute asset to the team. He gets stuck in and takes everything in his stride. He is eager to get things right and to learn the Netmatters approach. His attitude is always positive and willing. Harry has picked up pod lead and tech lead roles along with increased project work in recent months and has done so diligently, ensuring everything is delivered to the highest standard. Harry is great with the customers and his peers alike; he goes above and beyond to ensure things are done right and everything is in line. – Tom Lancaster

Keenan Teolis – For doing a great job supporting the project manager with a during a number of criticals, taking ownership of the tech lead side while also pushing forward with multiple clients. – Tom Lancaster

Tomas Leigh – Excellent planning, communication and execution of projects. Tomas has found technical opportunities and proactively jumped on them, resulting in works that exceed quality expectations – Tom Lancaster

Kayleigh Hall – Kayleigh has been doing a fantastic job managing a challenging workload in the pod this month due to resourcing constraints and some challenging deadlines. – Tom Lancaster

Danielle Peeke-Vout – Danielle has recently joined the team in project management and has settled in incredibly well, she is showing great attention to process and asks a lot of really good questions to ensure she is absorbing as much info for the new projects she’s taking on as possible. – Tom Lancaster

Emily Mackley - Emily has been doing a fantastic job managing a very fast moving project with a lot of demands, It requires aligning 6 different developers and ensuring they can work concurrently whilst also managing multiple stakeholders on the customer side – Tom Lancaster

Joe Trower – Had a fantastic start to the year with a number of new phone system win, really good pipeline of opportunities ensuring consistent flow of telecoms project work. Keep up the good work – Alex Jones

Dannielle Peeke-Vout - She has hit the ground running and is really keen to be part of the Project Management Department, and the wider Netmatters team. Dannielle is great at asking for help when she needs it and always comes to me armed with a number of solutions for customers. – Samantha Lupton

Scott Covey - Scott has been representing Netmatters on-site with one of our biggest clients and getting superb feedback, whilst helping onboard two new starters. He’s been a solid pair of hands for the team and consistently pushes himself to learn and improve. – Matt Hurst 

Liam Spence - Consistently providing exceptional customer service with clear communications – Robert George

Kieran Sprouse - Going above and beyond helping to pick up project work across the department – Robert George

Jessica Rout – Jess has been superb in running the operations department whilst covering some annual leave. She has handled all queries well, alongside getting stuck into some new tasks with a passion to do well in everything that she does! – Bethany Shakespeare

Emily Mackley – doing an amazing job – I always have so much confidence in the projects she manages and she is incredibly proactive and forthright with all client needs. – Elliott Peacock
