Each month, every department recognises those who have gone above and beyond to deliver excellence within their work and helping Netmatters deliver the best services for our clients. Our T.R.U.E values are how we started as a company, and how we strive to continue as we grow further.  June has been yet another busy month for us here at Netmatters and another month comes the celebration of our monthly notable employees.

Our teams have continued to surpass our expectations and consistently propel – delivering results both internally and externally. As a company, we love to celebrate each one of these to ensure that each employee gets the recognition that they deserve.

Congratulations Richard Phillips!

Richard has gone the extra mile this month, he has taken on POD leader responsibilities, offering his time and expertise to the new starters when required, constantly has very complimentary feedback from customers about the work he has completed. Always happy to help anyone and providing a  fantastic end to end customer experience. – Alex Jones

Richard Phillips – Richard has shown great aptitude in stepping up into a POD leader role whilst there’s been lots of Netmatters Babies on their way! He has asked the right questions when needed, and as always – been incredibly helpful! I’ve heard great things floating about from other IT techs too about the way Richard has handled his temporary role! – Bethany Shakespeare

Our June 2022 Notables

Sean Fulcher & Bradley Sexton - for their efforts on getting Tex Holdings Cyber Essentials accreditation resolved on a tight timescale - Rob George


Dieter Harper & Ho Kyueng Hoebeke - for putting in the late hours to get the Hales group Server migration work across the line - Rob George


Gary Cullen – Excellent performance across the board. Delivering the results consistently, well done – James Gulliver


Matt Chapman – Very knowledgeable and professional.  Making suggestions for clients and ways to improve Netmatters that are in line with our values and deliver on best advice – James Gulliver


Jasmin Rusted – For overcoming nerves and bossing the management of accounts and running review meetings. Jasmin has really stepped up over the last few months and is smashing it out of the park. I’m really excited to see Jasmin’s career flourish here at Netmatters over the coming years. – Jim Palmer


Matt Reynolds – Matt has been really on it recently with any requests the HR department has had! He’s shown a really positive, helpful and friendly approach to queries! Thanks Matt! – Bethany Shakespeare


Joe Trower – doing a sterling job driving growth within the Comms team, owning the role, and has delivered a number of significant contracts of late. – Elliott Peacock


Elliott Norman – hearing nothing but positive feedback about Elliot, has continued to grow and develop into the role, offering support to fellow team members and delivering great results for his clients – Elliott Peacock


Courtney Noel – Courtney has settled into the team with great ease, quickly becoming a proficient and able member of the team, She has a great positive attitude to any task and maintains a great completion rate, she is quickly becoming known for getting stuff done! Elliot Tarling - for the extensive knowledge he has across multiple NM systems and procedures and his willingness to always help his co-workers. – James Street


Sophie McLaren - for her continuous improvement attitude. Sophie raises the most issues with procedure tasks, helping to improve standards across her department and the wider Digi team. – James Street


Millie Pankhurst - for the wealth of knowledge and support she has provided the team since returning from maternity leave. – James Street


James Mackay – Macca has been covering the manager's role whilst Simon has taken some well-deserved holiday. Whilst covering he’s really leaned into KPIs and problems and taking a fresh look at what problems we’re trying to solve. He’s also been working with other squad leaders to help them manage their time. Excellent work all around, well done Macca! – Adam Greer
