January 2021 Notable Employee
Every month we celebrate the most notable of employees here at Netmatters. Each department head is asked to nominate individuals they feel have gone above and beyond in the previous month. 2021 started with a flurry of nominations and some fantastic examples of notable worthy behaviour.
Our notable of notable employees is a new starter at Netmatters and has kicked off their career with us with a bang!

Showing early promise. A quick learner who has quickly established a decent understanding of our IT offering and is already able to deliver a clear explanation for new and existing clients alike - James Gulliver
Cracking start to life in bus dev! Appears settled into the new processes and procedures, sticking to the system, and securing some excellent early results. - Elliot Peacock

Samantha Lupton - Simply put she instils me with confidence when I know she is running a project. Self-sufficient, commercially aware, and customer focussed. - Elliot Peacock
Samantha Lupton – Sam has been doing a really great job recently on the work we’ve done together about resourcing some very large project work and keeping track of progress on this vs our targets. – Tom Lancaster
Tessa Woodrow - Working extremely hard at present, helping to grow the Scion Scheme whilst we try to recruit more help! - James Gulliver
Emily Mackley - Consistently produces estimates of the highest quality. Perfectly formatted and well written. The effectiveness is reflected in the amount of work being accepted with the minimal of additional questions from our clients - James Gulliver
Lewis Wilby - He has been super flexible in what he's working on. We’ve seen fresh involvement from him on projects he's typically not worked on to support the team, as well as continually trying to push forward our frontend standards. - Simon Wright
Stewart Hitchcock - Since his promotion Stew has become heavily involved big projects in the team and has hit the ground running. His contributions have meant that progress has remained steady and freed up other team members to concentrate on other areas of the projects. He never asks the same question twice and is always conscientious. Keep up the good work – Simon Wright
Henry Hardwell - We have seen a lot of workflow improvements and work quality since he has been aligned. He has also been helping on another project showing a keenness to learn and improve. – Simon Wright
Luke Youngman - Doing an excellent job on the CGI works for one of our largest and longest-standing customers. – Simon Wright
Alex Jones - Alex is doing a fantastic job since returning to Netmatters to join the telecoms team as a project manager, he’s delivering great communication across all of our projects to customers and is also making real inroads into improving out telecoms products and processes on the whole. Aaron Cook - Aaron cook, excellent client feedback, won the individual spot check challenge and was in the team who won the team spot-check challenge too! – Chris Gulliver
