We guarantee that the provided solution is fit for purpose to meet the needs of your organisation. For up to 3 months after implementation if the provided solution is not deemed fit for purpose we will provide a full refund and terminate the committed term of our agreement(s).


The Guarantee

The guarantee covers that the specified solution is fit for purpose, as would be expected from a telephone system in that the solution has been correctly specified and is/has;

  • Easy to use
  • Suitable Call traffic & Capacity
  • Suitable for the number of identified users
  • Suitable for the number of identified sites/branches/offices and their locations
  • Suitable Call Flows and Calling Groups configured to allow calls to be routed based on Business Logic
  • Suitable call management inside core hours (per site or team/group/department)
  • Suitable call management outside of core hours (per site or team/group/department)
  • Flexible options on Direct Dial Numbers and Extension number calling, allowing calls to by-pass main menus/call groups
  • Voicemail System fits with Business Logic
  • Call recording and retrieval capabilities to meet business needs
  • Flexible for remote workers/mobile workers
  • Availability of system 99.9% uptime
  • Automated monitoring of the phone system with alerts
  • Capacity to Rollback configuration
  • Capacity to restore/rebuild system in an emergency situation
  • We guarantee that any outages will be treated as an emergency and escalated accordingly


What's Not Covered in the Guarantee?

Any issues that are outside of the scope of the telephone system, this includes but is not limited to: Network configuration, Connectivity, Network infrastructure (cables & cabling/cabinets/routers/connectors/switches & firewalls), Mobile phone signal and WIFI connectivity/WIFI Compatibility. The guarantee does not cover any issues relating to customer-provided SIPs (3cx supported or otherwise) or customer-provided phones or headsets (3cx supported or otherwise).


Enactment of Guarantee

To invoke the guarantee, please provide the request in writing (email is preferred). Upon the receipt of the notification to evoke the guarantee, we will confirm the safe receipt of your request. The company (us) then has 30 days in order to review your request and make any necessary changes to the solution in order to meet the needs of your organisation. 

If after this time we are unable to resolve the identified issues to a satisfactory standard, then we will honour the guarantee by providing a full refund of monies paid for configuration and setup. Monies paid for equipment will be refunded upon safe receipt of the specified hardware. We will release you from any committed term within our agreement(s) and replace the agreement with a pay-as-you-go solution which will be left to run until such time as an alternative solution has been found.
