We are looking for an Accounts Administrator Apprentice to join the team and grow alongside us as we embark on many new projects and challenges.

  • Experience in an accounts-based role is desired but not essential.
  • Strong experience in an administrator position.

  • Commercial Awareness and able to understand and recognize the greater good of the company.

Some specifics of the role 

  • Responsible to: The Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for: Managing the ongoing administration tasks of the business, ensuring the business day to day accounting procedures are completed thoroughly. 
  • Key Measurables: Staying on Workflow, and maintaining turnaround times on tasks (within SLA) to support the wider business.
  • Daily Workflow Management Task.
  • Monthly equipment hire for IT and Telecoms Check.
  • Daily tasks such as: bank reconciliation, purchase invoices approval, check receipt bank, inbox management, debt chasing, task list management, assisting with departmental KPIs.
  • Additional tasks such as: calculating commission for referrers, payment of suppliers/expenses, reconciling accounts, dealing with invoice queries, customer specific requests, sending statements, sending invoices via post, Facebook advertising spend, general admin duties, reception duties, and supporting the wider operations team with holiday cover which may include: taking deliveries, tidying communal areas and being on hand to help the team and the wider company.

Apprenticeship details: Digital & AI Support programme

  • Strong administrative and organisational focus: The programme includes modules on supporting customer success, inbox and task management, and stakeholder coaching.
  • Finance-related tasks: The programme builds digital literacy and data handling skills that support tasks like reconciliation, invoice management, and reporting.
  • Commercial awareness and initiative: Modules on enabling productivity and using data to drive success help learners understand business impact and work independently.
  • AI and digital tools: Learners gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and SaaS applications – great for streamlining admin and operational tasks.
