Some specifics of the role 

At Netmatters, our account managers are invaluable members of the team. You will be responsible for account managing a bank of clients, which will include customer communication, leading review meetings, building relationships with VIPs and key contacts, discussing opportunities for growth, and playing a key part with new clients to ensure a seamless onboarding. As part of this role, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the client's business, brand, and industry. You will work with your project managers to ensure that planned works support your client's goals and objectives. Your KPIs for success will be client retention and client satisfaction score, managed through our CRM.

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday is preferable. Part time applicants will be considered but will need to be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week. This should spread across 4 days ideally and have a minimum working day of 6 hours, as well as not having more than a 24 hour hour window between working days excluding weekends.

Full time hours are 8am - 5pm with a 1 hour break

Part time hours would need to constitute at least a 6 hour working day, 8am - 2pm though there could be some flexibility here. The flexibility would need to be 2 way, ensuring you can attend client meetings when perhaps outside of your standard working times if the need were to arise.

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk/hybrid following a successful probation period. There is a requirement to attend to one of the offices on a regular basis, and the ability to meet at client offices.
