September Notables 2025

Celebrating the achievements and dedication of our staff, at Netmatters, we put aside some time each month to highlight the accomplishments of our teams and the attentive hard work of the individuals that choose to go the extra mile. 

As a company dedicated to cultivating a culture of progress and accomplishment, we find joy in exploring the exceptional achievements of our teams. We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients. 

Amidst the September hustle, one name shines bright as our "Notable of Notables" - none other than Theo Zagacki! His exceptional contributions have truly set the bar high for the rest of us. Congratulations, Theo!

Introducing Our September Notables

Jessica Crossley - It's for Jess and her amazing work managing the projects thrown her way in the last month. She has tackled them with not only an amazing customer service driven mindset but with amazing positivity despite being thrown some curveballs along the way. Just wanted to thank her for an amazing start as the new Gorleston PM. – Beach Boys POD 

Dieter Harper – for his work on the Laptops4learning initiative – James Gulliver 

Emily Caseley – for her work on the Netmatters Marketing and delivering excellent results. – James Gulliver 

Courtney Holmes - Courtney consistently goes above and beyond, balancing a heavy workload while still making time to share their knowledge and support their teammates. Their dedication, hard work, and generosity make them an invaluable Crusader.  – Sophie Lemmon  

Keenan Teolis - Keenan has been instrumental as tech lead for a number of projects, he knows exactly what clients want to hear and is always ready to help out the squad. Thanks a lot Keenan, keep it up :) - Corey Scanlon 

Dieter Harper - Dieter has been locked in this month, reliably leading the team through a very busy period, and going above and beyond to get projects done. - Will Thompson 

Lewis Wilby - Lewis successfully scoped, led, and coordinated a(nother) large project on One Traveler, with the work being spread across multiple developers. His planning ensured effective collaboration and that work was completed to a high standard throughout – Peter Holmes 

Ben Bandrowski - Ben has successfully balanced supporting a new starter, delivering a re-design go-live, and progressing a major website build, showcasing dedication and teamwork. – Dannielle Peeke-Vout 

Benjamin Drage - a hard worker, has done such a thorough job onboarding his first new customer and he's always so great to work with! – Jessica Crossley 

Jaz Instone-Brewer – Has been brilliant at taking ownership of the imagery on our newly reskinned website, coming up with great ideas to help make our online presence attract new customers – Emily Caseley 

Harry Barnes - He is always willing to take on tasks and projects, with a good attitude when speaking with both Netmatters and client staff no matter how much is asked of him.  A great team player. – Callum Laxon 

Dylan Stevenson - For embracing and reliably delivering on complex projects and technologies they are initially unfamiliar with, showcasing their adaptability and commitment. - James Mackay 

Ben Drage – September sees the closure of the HEX (Hosted Exchange) email service that we previously provided to clients. With this service going end-of-life, nobody more than Ben stepped up to get as many clients as possible migrated over to 365, becoming our unofficial specialist on the topic. Ben has migrated several clients on his own and helped others in the department as well. A genuine asset to both the IT department and our clients. Thanks Ben! – Matt Hurst 

James Street – taking on additional functions within the Ops team, developing well-thought-through processes and leading these through to execution. Brining on new staff members and generally finding solutions to problems. – Elliott Peacock 

Courtney Holmes - Doing a great job leading accounts and working on the Merchant Centre product specialist role. - Jim Palmer 

Henry Sayer - A safe pair of hands and someone who is happy to jump on an issue to help out the department. - Jim Palmer 

Devon Maidment - We received some fantastic feedback on Devon from a client "I have a WhatsApp group with some other directors of marketing – and I recommended you guys. We're loving your work and very impressed!". Great work Devon - Jim Palmer 

Jake Tuley - Taking great ownership of our PPC product offering, driving it forward with passion and care, whilst taking feedback pragmatically. - Jim Palmer 

Henry Bradbrook - Still in his first couple of months with us but showing great desire to learn and taking on board feedback, along with getting to grips with workflow. – Rob George 

Will Thompson - Always seems to be on top of his work and in touch with his projects, getting work across the line. – Rob George 

Kieran Sprouse - Continuing to help steer his team in the right direction whilst taking on additional work. – Rob George 

Lewis Sutton - Positively taking feedback, along with always making himself available to help his colleagues. – Rob George
