November Notables 2025 

Celebrating the achievements and dedication of our staff, at Netmatters, we put aside some time each month to highlight the accomplishments of our teams and the attentive hard work of the individuals that choose to go the extra mile. 

As a company dedicated to cultivating a culture of progress and accomplishment, we find joy in exploring the exceptional achievements of our teams. We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients. 

Amidst the November hustle, one name shines bright as our "Notable of Notables" - none other than Dannielle! Her exceptional contributions have truly set the bar high for the rest of us. Congratulations, Dannielle!

Introducing Our November Notables 

Rebecca Brine, Sophie Lemmon, Corey Scanlon – All three did a fantastic job in Web PM, working together to ensure projects were progressed during a period of holiday and being temporarily under-resourced in the department, this meant things were able to run smoothly until we were back up to capacity. – Tom Lancaster  

Maxwell Jermy – Maxwell has been involved in a recent customer consultancy project with me and did a great job in the meeting. He was really focusing on the best advice approach and trying to extract the pain points the customer had and focus on solutions to these. – Tom Lancaster 

Tomas Leigh - extremely dedicated technical lead, knows his clients really well and works really hard to ensure that they are receiving the best support and recommendations possible.  – Jessica Crossley 

Matt Stokoe – Progressing wonderfully in his apprentice role with generating unique and strategic ideas to improve organic visibility for a variety of clients, and generally being a great asset to the team – Devon Maidment 

Dieter Harper – for work on the laptops for learning scheme – James Gulliver 

Kayleigh Hall – for continued great work on the Scion Scheme. – James Gulliver 

Rosario Furia – a passion-filled and captivating client presentation, putting forward well-thought-through and rounded ideas and suggestions to help bring ongoing value to their business. – Elliott Peacock 

Chris Kelker – has fantastic client communication, thinks about his audience and what they might want and need to see, and provides insights and suggestions in an easy-to-understand and logical fashion.  – Elliott Peacock 

Jimmy Wright - Working hard a delivering quality technical work on the Admin system to high praise from his peers.  – Simon Wright 

Christopher Kelker - Taking on every challenge put his way, consistently and conscientiously approaching problems and being reliable in a critical situation. – Simon Wright 

Drew Halls - Dealing with an ever-changing list of priorities, but always keen to lend a hand. Working hard to solve problems, whether it's in or out of hours. – Simon Wright 

Henry Bradbrook - Henry has only been with us for around five months, but he has already demonstrated a strong ‘can-do’ attitude towards his work. He is driven to learn and always embraces challenges to support his development. Henry has become a real asset to the team. Well done! - Dieter Harper 

Lucy Hathaway – Lucy has demonstrated exceptional dedication this month while delivering work for a new customer project. Despite very tight deadlines and demanding turnaround times, they have remained composed and adaptable as the project scope evolved. Through their calm approach, Lucy successfully completed the work to a high standard within each deadline given. Lucy has been a true asset to our team this month. – Harry Lynch 

Jimmy Wright - Jimmy has been doing some great work on challenging parts of the NM admin system - Michael Grimshaw 

Samantha Lupton – Sam has had a fantastic month delivering on an array of cross-sell opportunities that are helping to reinforce and grow partnerships with existing customers – Gary Cullen 

Elliot Tarling - Elliot was sent to an on-site for a non-retained client, and due to the excellent service provided, they sent in exceptional feedback and asked to come on board as a retained client. This is exceptional work, super job, Elliot! – Matt Hurst 

Matthew Chapman - Matt was brought in on several emergency tasks last month and, without complaint, gave up his evenings to deliver quality service for our clients. His attention to detail and reliability make him a huge asset to the department. Much appreciated, Matt! – Matt Hurst 

Lucy Hathaway - Lucy has demonstrated exceptional dedication this month while delivering work for a fairly new customer project. Despite very tight deadlines and demanding turnaround times, they have remained composed and adaptable as the project scope evolved. Through their calm approach, Lucy successfully completed the work to a high standard within each deadline given. Lucy has been a true asset to our team this month. - Sophie Maxam  

James Mackay - for consistently providing excellent advice and being a pleasure to work with. He leads and supports his team incredibly well, making a positive impact every day.  – Dannielle Peeke-Vout 

Matthew Chapman - Always making himself available to help with emergencies for the wider team and working later to get the job done. – Rob George 

Dieter Harper - Ensuring a new client has had an exceptional onboarding experience, which resulted in glowing feedback for him and everyone involved with the project.- Rob George  

Harry Barnes – Harry is proving himself to a dependable and reliable asset to the team. His work ethic, customer service and consistency are fantastic. He is progressing through 1st Line skills extremely well too which is great to see!  – Kieran Sprouse 

Scott Hellings - Scott has been instrumental in providing a great service for our customers, especially for our Shopify-related projects. He owns the work he does and always manages to impress with his ability to continually find and absorb useful knowledge on every tech stack he works on! Keep up the good work, Scott; it is very much appreciated! - Ash Ward 

Harry Barnes - Harry is always pleasant, willing to help and never fails to deliver. Whether it's a customer call or yet another short-notice request from his customers/PM, he does his best every time and gets the job done. – Callum Laxon
