Introducing Our September Notables

Melina Gilling

Has taken on feedback really well and implemented it into the next task she does. Doing a great job on answering phone calls in the department. Thriving as the Email Marketing Specialist, finding new ways for the department to improve in that area. - Matt Stokoe

Daniel Sanchez-Cubero

When a telecoms customer suffered a complete outage due to an SBC failure, Daniel stepped up to help despite having no prior experience with the technology. After a brief training session with Olly, he provisioned a replacement SBC, travelled to site, and successfully restored the customer's phone service. A great example of initiative, adaptability, and calm problem-solving during an emergency. Great work Daniel! - Dieter Harper

Oli Mays

Oli has made a fantastic start to life in the business development team and has brought an incredible 'can do' positive attitude that has already helped to drive a number of new customer wins! - Gary Cullen

Daniel Sanchez-Cubero

Daniel was brought in to help with an emergency outage for telecoms, an area he was entirely unfamiliar with prior to this event. Daniel owned the task, attended site, and got the issue resolved in an efficient and professional manner. A superb example of working as one team. Great work Daniel! - Matt Hurst

Lewis Sutton

Throughout September, Lewis was brought in to assist in three separate emergency tasks which were all resolved quickly and effectively, whilst also being credited by one of our clients as a big part of the reason they have renewed support with us. Definition of a team player, can't ask for better feedback than that! - Matt Hurst

Scott Hellings

Scott has been tackling some complex work while also picking up an unfamiliar project, covering Squad Lead duties, and supporting the squad, and he has taken it all in his stride. His ability to quickly understand and gain momentum on projects is unmatched and very much appreciated. - Ash Ward

Erika Cole

Progressing quickly through a strong work ethic and a readiness to help any member of staff, no matter the problem. - Kalib Gulliver

Dylan Taylor

Dylan has been instrumental in keeping a very large and complex project on track, while also securing sign-off for a significant amount of additional work. He has built an exceptionally high level of trust with the client, which is a direct result of his eye for detail and the way he keeps the account running like clockwork. Despite the scale and complexity of the project, Dylan has an impressive understanding of what is happening across the account at a very granular level. This allows him to effectively coordinate multiple staff, services and packages, ensuring we consistently deliver what is expected across a large number of customer stakeholders. His ability to maintain that level of oversight while keeping everything moving is a real strength. - Tessa Dempsey

Samuel Bell

I literally only ever hear good things about Sam. He has a great attitude and is always willing to help out. He has had a big hand in training our newest recruit Charlie and has positioned himself as someone always available to help out. He is taking more of a role in client meetings, and his work is always to a really high standard. - Tessa Dempsey

Tiegan Tearle

I have heard some really good feedback on lots of Tiegan's tasks. She is proving to have some real insight into her clients and provides great quality work. She has developed a great working relationship with her SEM lead and she is a machine when it comes to closing out tasks, often being the highest in the department, which is especially impressive as she has only been here a couple of months. - Tessa Dempsey

Maxwell Jermy

Taking the reins and really owning it, while continuing to support the frontend website team whenever needed. Max is always willing to jump in and help with any task, bringing a proactive approach and implementing a range of solutions to help projects succeed. This month he has tackled several complex critical issues, provided hosting cover when required, and balanced multiple competing priorities with a positive attitude throughout. It's been a month of spinning plates, and he's handled it exceptionally well. - Kayleigh Hall

Shannon Weldon

Shannon has been doing a really great job since joining us. She's only been here a short while, but she's picked up our processes quickly and has settled into the PM role so well.
