Jim Palmer Promoted to Head of Digital

We feel that someone should be actively delivering the role before they are bestowed the title, so naturally its right that Jim be promoted to the Head of Digital role for his efforts and diligence already demonstrated. Jim will take a greater responsibility for the commercial success of the Digital department, which has already experienced excellent growth in the last year, and has some ambitious goals to continue on this path going forward.
