Sophie Maxam - 5 Year Legend

Today, we celebrate the brilliant achievements of Sophie Maxam as she marks 5 years at Netmatters, entering the hall of fame as our newest 'Legend!'

Congratulations Sophie!

Over the past five years, Sophie has progressed within our IT department, growing from IT Project Manager to Senior PM and, most recently, Team Leader, reflecting her continued growth and impact within the business. Throughout her journey, she has become known for the quality of her project delivery and her ability to lead and support those around her.

Sophie has taken on greater responsibility for managing our IT Project Managers, helping drive forward standards and productivity across the team. She combines a strong work ethic with excellent communication skills, and consistently implements improvements that benefit both herself and her colleagues.

Her leadership, project management ability, and dedication to getting things right have had a clear and lasting impact and we're excited to see what the next five years hold for her.

In celebration of Sophie's 5 years with us, Netmatters is presenting her with the 'Long Service Award' along with a special gift to recognise all her hard work and dedication.

To honour Sophie's Long Service Award, we have also planted another 100 trees in our Ecologi Forest, helping us to reduce our Carbon Footprint. Check out the latest progress of our Ecologi Scheme.
