At Netmatters, we take pride in celebrating the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of our team. Each month, we spotlight individuals and teams who go above and beyond, recognising those who truly embody our core T.R.U.E values.
As a company built on a culture of progress, innovation, and excellence, we continue to be inspired by the talent and commitment within our business. This month, one individual stood out as our "Notable of Notables" - congratulations to Chris Kelker for setting the standard and making a real impact!

Mark Reilly - "Mark is consistently passing leads through to the Business Development team in what is proving to be a fairly difficult period. These are all well-qualified leads with good customer scores. He is also opening up lots of conversations with new customers around our AI offering, which is proving fruitful." - Tessa Dempsey
Ollie Thompson – "Has really stepped up in recent months, owning his role and his clients, always striving to ensure they are well looked after and that their needs are prioritised with a positive and passionate work ethic." – Elliott Peacock
Dannielle Peeke-Vout – "Managing some challenging and demanding projects with alacrity. Regularly goes above and beyond to ensure clients' needs are met." – Elliott Peacock
Ash Ward - "Ash has been instrumental in our ongoing efforts to support a client. Not only has Ash had some glowing feedback from the customer, but he has also worked incredibly hard to support the Business Development team, where that positive customer interaction will prove invaluable." – Gary Cullen
Alex Thompson - "Alex has undertaken a few time-sensitive works with confidence and a smile. It's a pleasure to have him in the team!" - Corey Scanlon

Abins Abraham - "Abins has recently taken on more project work, ensuring every detail is planned out to prevent any issues later on in the project. He gets the job done to a high standard without hiccups. Abins is eager to learn and committed; he is a real asset to our team." -Sophie Maxam
Corey Scanlon - "Corey has made significant and commendable progress in recent months, particularly in project planning, execution, and client communication. His commitment to growth, openness to feedback, and drive to continuously improve are a testament to his character and work ethic." – Dannielle Peeke-Vout
Callum Laxon - "In the last month, Callum took on a large number of projects to help with a leaver in the team, and helped train our new starter whilst continuing to deliver his projects. Amazing job - well done!" – Matt Hurst
Timothy Taylor - "This month, Tim was working at the Wymondham office and provided the same excellent level of service we'd expect for his clients, to a whole new set he'd never worked on before. Great effort, Tim!" – Matt Hurst
Lewis Sutton - "While new to the team, he has taken on a number of projects and technical lead roles and assisted both his colleagues and the wider department wherever possible. He is already making strong relationships with clients and doing good work." – Callum Laxon

Thalia Chegwidden & Rosario Furia - "Thalia and Rosario did a fantastic job supporting one of our new clients with their Google Ads and Merchant Centre accounts. Despite challenges, the team quickly got to work, untangling the setup and resolving the issues — all before the client had even fully onboarded. A great example of proactive service and expertise.
