Callum Laxon – 5 Year Legend

Today, we celebrate the brilliant accomplishments of Callum Laxon as he celebrates 5 years at Netmatters, entering the hall of fame as our newest 'Legend!'

Over the past five years, Callum has established himself as a highly valued member of the Netmatters team. Joining as an IT Project Manager, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering successful outcomes for both clients and colleagues. His dedication and expertise were recognised in June 2025 when he was promoted to Senior IT Project Manager, reflecting the significant contribution he has made to the business.

Throughout his time at Netmatters, Callum has successfully overseen a diverse range of projects, including on-premises infrastructure deployments, cloud migration projects, hardware refresh programmes, and cyber security improvements. His ability to manage complex technical projects while maintaining a clear focus on client requirements has helped ensure the successful delivery of solutions that support long-term business objectives.

Callum's attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-first mindset exemplify the T.R.U.E values that sit at the heart of Netmatters. Always striving to fully understand both the projects and clients under his care, he takes pride in delivering clear, meaningful communication and building strong working relationships. His commitment to continuous development is further demonstrated by achieving his Prince2 Foundation certification in April 2026, adding another milestone to an already impressive career journey.

In celebration of Callum's 5 years with us, Netmatters is presenting him with the ‘Long Service Award’ along with a special gift to reward all his diligent work.
