We give special recognition to individuals who embody our T.R.U.E values and show unwavering dedication to delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Amidst the October hustle, one name shines bright as our "Notable of Notables" - none other than Gary Cullen! His exceptional contributions have truly set the bar high for the rest of us. Congratulations, Gary!

Investing significant time, and really going above and beyond to understand a client's needs, listening and tailoring their requirements, and showcasing real NM values to get these across the line. Introducing Our October Notables

Lewis Sutton - Lewis has been a valuable source of escalation in the team and always makes time to help others in the POD when they have queries. A great second line resource and a real asset. – Callum Laxon

Sam Driver - Always an exceptional team player, keen to help bring others along, delivering high quality work in an ever changing environment. – Simon Wright

Kalib Gulliver - having a great work ethic, being keen to assist where he can and get stuck into his work. His positive attitude and desire to achieve shine through in every interaction .– Simon Wright

Sophie Maxam - For the first time Sophie sat in the Service Management seat for the last week in October and did a fantastic job covering all facets of the role, whilst still managing her day-to-day jobs. Fantastic work Sophie! – Matt Hurst

Dannielle Peeke-Vout - Pitching in and helping where needed for the betterment of the business and our clients. – James Gulliver

Abins Abraham – Abins works exceedingly hard, always eager to learn, and keen to improve on his technical knowledge. He’s a fantastic asset to the Cambridge POD and I’m looking forward to seeing his progression. – Bethany Morrison

Ashton Tuttle - Friendly, approachable and always aware of work that's underway. Seems to have a good grasp of his work – Robert George

Benjamin Drage - Constantly providing clear explanations to clients and best advice. – Robert George

Lewis Sutton - receives positive feedback from clients helping them making it easier to renew their relationship with us – Robert George

Ashton Tuttle – Having had a fairly intense and condensed training period, Ashton has hit the ground running in accounts, picking up the processes and the systems really quickly, as well as identifying efficiencies. On top of this, he has also taken on the Engagement Agreement process and IT contract renewals with ease. His communication style, email writing and confidence has come on leaps and bounds in a short period of time. Great work Ashton, keep it up – James Street

Emily Mackley - Emily consistently goes the extra mile for her customers, managing a busy workload with calm and care. She handles high-stakes projects smoothly and always delivers great results. – Dannielle Peeke-Vout

Callum Laxon – Always a real help to myself and the team with a real eye for detail to ensure projects get completed – Kieran Sprouse

Sophie Lemmon – Sophie has joined the web PM team from digital and has settled in very quickly by being open to listening to those helping her settle in and taking onboard feedback well - Tom Lancaster

Maxwell Jermy - Max has excelled in managing customers, showing great professionalism and adaptability. He quickly gained the knowledge required to offer advice that is both technically sound and commercially aware. Max is a pleasure to work with, and I’m looking forward to collaborating with him on future projects - Dieter Harper

Sharlene Slater - Hardworking and professional, has sped through her projects this month with attention to detail and happy to take on new challenges - Jessica Crossley

Shaun Preston – Shaun has made an excellent start with Netmatters, quickly getting to grips with several new projects and keeping work moving smoothly. He’s quickly picked up our systems and workflow and is already making a positive impact within the team. Great work Shaun – keep it up! – Peter Holmes

Tom Davison - For the work he has done on the Netmatters website reskin. He has progressed the project at a really good rate, asking intelligent questions if the way forward wasn't clear, he took responsibility for not getting any tasks stuck and I've been really impressed with the outcome. - Tessa Dempsey

Rose Harris - Working hard on accounts, turning them around and receiving good client feedback in the process. - Jim Palmer

Shar Slater – Shar has demonstrated exceptional dedication to her development, consistently building her IT knowledge from the ground up. Through her commitment to training and hands-on experience, she has quickly developed into a confident and capable IT technician after just one year in the field. – Jamie Slater

Harry Barnes - Harry continues to impress daily and is quickly becoming a skilled and trusted 1st Line Technician. Keep up the good work Harry! - Chris Waldie

Dylan Taylor - Helping projects move along and taking good ownership of the role. - Jim Palmer

Courtney Holmes – For being indispensable throughout the go-live process for several projects, putting in extra effort, and really going above and beyond. Really appreciate everything you do. – Emily Caseley

Ingrid Tam – Assisting the team with improving paid social media ads, highlighting the drastic increase in performance for Cecil Amey by doubling the number of bookings – Devon Maidment
