Matt Chapman – 10 Year Hero 

Today, we celebrate the brilliant accomplishments of Matt Chapman as he celebrates 10 years at Netmatters, entering the hall of fame as our newest 'Hero!'

Matthew Chapman has become a true cornerstone of the Netmatters team over the years, consistently demonstrating his ability to adapt and excel across a variety of roles. From Technical Lead to Senior Technician and Automation Manager, Matthew has continually stepped up to meet new challenges, showing a level of dedication and flexibility that has made him an invaluable asset to the business. 

Alongside his strong technical expertise, Matthew has built fantastic relationships with the clients he supports, ensuring they receive a high standard of service and trust in the solutions provided. His work managing the monitoring platform as part of his Automation Manager responsibilities has been particularly impactful, playing a key role in transforming and strengthening our support provision. 

Matthew’s work ethic and attitude embody the T.R.U.E values at the core of Netmatters. He approaches every task with reliability, positivity, and a determination to deliver the best possible outcomes. Whether he’s managing multiple responsibilities or stepping in when things get challenging, Matthew consistently brings a calm and dependable presence that benefits both his team and clients.

In celebration of Matt’s 10 years with us, Netmatters are proud to present him with the ‘Long Service Award’, along with a special gift to recognise his continued hard work and dedication. 

In addition, to honour Matt’s Long Service Award, we have planted another 100 trees in our Ecologi Forest to help improve our carbon footprint.
