She has consistently maintained high standards, effectively managed an increased workload while remaining organised, responsive, and solution-focused. Her ability to prioritise competing demands and keep key HR processes running smoothly has been invaluable. What stands out most is Bethany’s positive attitude throughout. She has approached every challenge with calmness and determination, offering support to colleagues and maintaining a strong sense of teamwork despite the added pressure.
