In June, we supported a customer through one of the most impactful emergency incidents they've had in a long time. Without hesitation, Jamie got in front of the issue immediately and gave up evenings and weekends to get them back up and running as fast as possible. The customer is hugely grateful for his efforts. On several occasions, she’s shown she understands the bigger picture while keeping the focus on clients’ benefits. She quickly became part of our team, joining in with small talk and jokes, and most importantly, Netmatters’ TRUE culture.
