Dieter Harper

Dieter Harper is a Senior IT Technician and IT Team Leader at Netmatters and has been part of the team since 2018. With around 15 years of experience in the IT industry, he plays a key role in delivering reliable technical support and strategic guidance to businesses of all sizes.

Dieter leads a team of eight technicians across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, overseeing technical escalations, change control and the development of internal procedures. His expertise spans Microsoft environments, cloud native solutions, networking, Office 365 migrations, Azure, and the deployment and support of business IT infrastructure both remotely and on site.

Alongside his technical responsibilities, Dieter created and champions the Netmatters “Laptops 4 Learning” initiative, providing refurbished laptops to charities and students from low income households to help reduce the digital divide in the community.
