We are looking for a skilled 1st Line Support Technician to join the team, helping to resolve technical issues for our clients and providing exceptional customer service.

What you should bring:
- Good IT and problem solving skills in areas such as Anti-Virus, Disk Space, Memory / CPU, Office 365 Management, VPN and connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong written and oral skills
- Confidence on the phone when dealing with clients
- A passion for IT and willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in outsourced IT support
- Full UK driving licence
- 2+ years supporting SMB networks
Extra skills that would be great:
- Experience in an IT Managed Service Provider
- Experience tracking time
Some specifics of the role
- Support for PCs and servers (Windows 10/11, Server 2016–2022)
- Installing PCs and upgrading software
- Supporting customer applications
- Setting up email accounts and hosting (Linux & Windows)
- Supporting Macs remotely and on-site
