Netmatters Achieves EPC A Rating

We are pleased to share that Netmatters has achieved an EPC A rating across both of our Wymondham premises.

The latest Energy Performance Certificates show an A rating for 13-15 Penfold Drive and for Units 7, 9 and 11, reflecting the ongoing improvements we have made to the energy performance of our buildings.

For businesses, EPC ratings are a practical measure of how efficiently a building uses energy. A stronger rating can support lower emissions, better long-term operational efficiency, and a more sustainable working environment. It is one of several ways we continue to strengthen our environmental performance.

A Practical Step in Our Wider Environmental Commitment

This achievement builds on the wider environmental work already underway across Netmatters. As highlighted in our environmental policy and recent sustainability updates, we have continued to invest in measures such as low-energy LED lighting, enhanced insulation, solar panels, battery storage, EV charging, and the transition towards a more electric vehicle fleet.

Achieving an EPC A rating is not the finish line. It is another positive step in making sure our workplaces support the standards we expect of a modern, forward-thinking business. It also aligns with the wider environmental progress that helped us secure the2024 Gold Carbon Charter Award.
