Maxwell Jermy – Netmatters 5 Year Legend

Today, we celebrate the brilliant accomplishments of Maxwell Jermy as he celebrates 5 years at Netmatters, entering the hall of fame as our newest 'Legend!'

Congratulations Maxwell!

Max joined us as a junior through the Scion scheme and has just kept growing ever since. He’s now a senior developer who not only does great work himself but also supports the rest of the team and happily shares what he knows.

Over the years, Max has jumped into all kinds of projects - everything from Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint to bigger BMS systems built in Java and .NET. He’s handled a huge range of work and taken it all in stride.

Moving swiftly from strength to strength, Maxwell exemplifies the core T.R.U.E values that are at the centre of the culture at Netmatters. Actively striving for success every day, fostering excellent communication with both his team and clients, and always ready for the next task at hand, Maxwell’s work ethic inspires everyone around him.

A massive “thank you” for all your exceptional work Maxwell, and congratulations on becoming a certified legend! 

In celebration of Maxwell's 5 years with us, Netmatters are proud to present him with the ‘Long Service Award’, along with a special gift to recognise his continued hard work and dedication. 

In addition, to honour Maxwell's Long Service Award, we have planted another 100 trees in our Ecologi Forest to help improve our carbon footprint.
