Bethany Morrison

Bethany Morrison is the Human Resources Manager at Netmatters and has been part of the team since 2018. She plays a key role in supporting the people and culture of the business, helping to ensure Netmatters remains a positive and productive place to work.

Bethany holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has extensive experience working within the information technology and services industry. She is skilled in employee engagement, HR management, organisational development, and internal events, as well as supporting teams through strong administrative and operational processes.

Before moving into HR, Bethany studied Musical Theatre at the University of Cumbria, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. Her creative background, combined with her professional HR expertise, helps her bring energy and people focused thinking to the Netmatters team.
