We are offering hard-working, self-motivated individuals the opportunity to join our FREE Digital Marketing Scion Scheme. This initiative provides all the building blocks necessary to develop a successful career in within the digital marketing industry.
Netmatters will provide an environment which is conducive to learning new technology, strategies and best practices with Google Certifications and real experience – this coupled with working alongside a team of experienced Digital Marketers, the individual will gain valuable experience and skills to excel in the industry.
Following successful completion of the scheme, you will have the potential opportunity of being offered a position within the Netmatters Digital Marketing team.
No experience necessary but enthusiasm to gain a career within the digital marketing industry and a passion for learning.
- This is an unpaid 3-6 month training scheme (dependant on progression). Following successful completion, there is potential opportunity of being offered a paid position within the Netmatters Digital Marketing team.
- Just like a full-time job, you will be with us for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. You will also be asked to follow the same rules and standards of practice as the rest of the team.
- Based on how you progress within the course, the scheme can last anywhere between 3 and 6 months.
- A version of this scheme has been running within Netmatters Web Development department for the last two years with a very good success rate in forming well-rounded junior developers.

In the last ten years we’ve gone from having 2 staff members to just over 60, and are showing no signs of slowing down. We offer a range of services, from web design and development to cybersecurity, telecoms and digital marketing.
